I love the connection to JUNGO and since we've looked at it we've implemented it.

Cons

Some of the acquisition changes have been a little challenging, but we've been able to overcome them and get it up and running with just a little trouble.

Overall experience is neutral. It was good for reviewing information and leads but difficult when needing to use it with other systems.

Pros

I liked all of the options provided in salesforce used to organize leads.

Cons

Integration with other platforms was very difficult. For example, I was unable to use it with Mailchimp.

Great software to keep track of contract, opportunities, and contacts

I use Salesforce to keep track of my customer developments, upsell opportunities, contracts, and contacts. We also use it in our company for customer processes and assigning tasks to one another.

Pros

Salesforce is a great tool to keep track of sales processes and results. With the different setting possibilities, it is amazing to look at the pipeline, forecast revenue, and keep track of your most important opportunities. It makes it easy to see a customer's potential and potential challenges.

Cons

When first being exposed to Salesforce, the interface can be very overwhelming. It is not easy to find specific things you are looking for or easy navigate through the accounts you set up. A more user-friendly, intuitive dashboard would be great.

Overall we are content with this product but only after lots and lots of headaches.

Pros

I like that eventually you can use Salesforce to do anything you'd like.

Cons

It frustrates me that the sales people from Salesforce will tell you and show you that Salesforce can do anything. What they don't tell you is that you will have to hire a 3rd party, pay thousands of dollars, takes weeks and even months to accomplish it all while Salesforce doesn't do anything to help. Plus anytime the "customer service" agents reach out to you all they do is try to sell you something else.

Pros

This software is very fast and responsive which is important if you are on the road. Ive never had the site go down whilst using it which is great.

Cons

The colour schemes are awful! Please can we have a dark scheme that isnt impossible to read.
