Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This software is very easy to use. I was able to be up and collecting with minimal training. It's certainly made my job easier - no more manual emails and our customers are paying more promptly!

  • It helps a lot when it comes to keeping track with your customers and their accounts. Their customer services is super fast.

  • Cons

  • A little complicated in setting up but customer service is excellent.

  • I'm still learning all the tricks to using the software effectively so the only thing that causes a little extra work is reloading updated invoices. Since we only have 2-3 a day it's not a big deal.

  • Pros

  • Beyond is easy to use. We were up and running in no time. It meets all of our needs and they keep it up to date.

  • I like the ease of use (especially with the Beyond product - which is WAY better than Sting) and integration with PDC4U.

  • Cons

  • SOME FEATURES THAT WE FEEL SHOULD BE STANDARD ARE NOT OFFERED AT ALL. SUPPORT IS HELPFUL, BUT SOMETIMES NOT ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I FEEL LIKE SOMETIMES.

  • There were some issues converting the data due to the way we handle our accounts as opposed to how other companies may do it.
