Great tool in times of telework
Pros
Having people working from all over the globe, and today many from a home office, a tool like this helps you to help your staff keep focus. You can monitor, with respect to privacy and without giving the feeling to staff that they are watched all the time. This is a great combination and what makes FocusRO stick out.
Cons
The software has to adjust to your systems for a little while, so it learns what pages are ok and what not. It requires some attention at the start, don't know if that can be avoided...

Focusro really saves me a lot of time
I'm using Focusro for my sales and customer service department as a monitoring tool. Instead of going through many screenshots daily, to check our employees activity, Focusro helps greatly to automatically detect the activity type of each screenshots and helps me to find who is working at their best and who all are regularly distracted, and at which times. Focusro really saves me a lot of time, which is a very valuable commodity these days. Thanks team.
