Plain and simple, the salesman did his job to sell a contract to hook you into it, and if it sounds too good to be true. it is.. as it does not do what they said it would do. No help in resolving the issue, doing their best to keep that 36 month contract. Going legal route to resolve! They may as well be sham artists that get paid off of hard working peoples backs with no regard for their words to sell you !

Pros

nothing, nata, zilch, did I say nothing ! Let me say it again Nothing do I like about this platform that they said " you can see what your drivers see" you can go to the "live" view....all complete bullshit. A falsification of the products capabilities.

Cons

it was represented to perform functions it cannot, says it can "show you the same thing the driver is looking at", NO IT CAN"T, it only shows you google maps from whenever the last time google took pics.NOT A LIVE GOOGLE VIEW

It is great! It allows me to manage my work scheduling. It is easy to track the availability for scheduling because of its calendar format.

If I could give any company advice about the software I would say do not waste your time!!
Our office was down for one full week with no invoicing getting done before we made the decision to not move forward with this software. After the software proved to be non-user friendly and the invoicing could not be as detailed as we need to be we decided this software was not going to work. We reached out to customer service a good 20-25 times. Each time the response time taking longer and longer. Then it became like they didn't want to help at all, passing my issue from one tech to another. The unfortunate part is we signed a contract which we could not cancel. We are now paying a monthly fee until our contract is over for something our company cannot use because their software is not what they promised it to be.

Pros

You can schedule and and invoice in the same software. Your Technicians out in the field can download an app and update customers file and invoice out in the field.

Cons

But if you are already working in Quickbooks, the transition of crossing over your customer database is quite the process. You will actual be completely down while this process takes place. Which from just the export from Quickbooks and the import to work takes a alot of time. (We took even longer because we had to change the structure of how our customers were built in Quickbooks, which our sales person never told us we would have to do)

Pros

Seamless tracking of precise fleet locations. Took all the stress out of monthly mileage reporting to ODOT -- set it up for reports to be automatically emailed to me at month-end.

Cons

The report center does not seem as user-friendly as it could be. The filter options can be a little confusing and it can be hard to find the report you're looking for (distance traveled is what you need for monthly mileage by truck). Customer service was extremely lacking -- it took months to get a response after the initial buy-in. At the time, we felt like no one cared after we signed the contract -- however, we now feel that we were likely just part of the flooded market and got lost in the shuffle during the ELD mandate -- the market was flooded at once with people desperate to stay compliant. We have not had any issues after all was setup, so we have not had a reason to contact them again.

Save yourself a great deal of hassle. Get HouseCall Pro instead. We recently switched and love it. Still stuck in a Verizon contract though.

Pros

There are no pros to the app. I had to score it a 1 Star because it was the only choice but it isn’t worth that.

Cons

There are problems with this app in all areas. Yes you have customer support but they are working with the same problems you are.

Fake system and Fake customer support

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Value for Money

They required me to sign a membership contract for 5 technicians to get started. I told them I would be canceling if things didn't work, they said that is okay. The contract I signed locked me into this for 12 months. I kept trying to cancel because implementation & syncing wasn't working and we never started using the product. At the end of 12 months, I called to let them know I fulfilled my end of their stupid contract and that I needed the monthly fees to stop. They said the contract automatically renewed and there is nothing they could do, so we are locked in for another 12 months. I have now been paying for this Fake software system for 20 months and I still can't get this canceled. I have talked to multiple people who said they will help me, but it is just smoke and mirrors. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Pros

Never could get this to work with our system. Difficulty to get our rep and customer support on the line to help with the syncing process.

Cons

The sync process froze our Quickbooks system and caused a lot of chaos. We ended up getting new computers to hopefully get things to run better but it still didn't work.

Pros

it's easy enough to use & i guess it's better than no system at all. the guy i work with to set things up is very nice & as helpful as he can be!

Cons

i was told how customizable this system was until we signed the contract & then everything was hard coded & could not be customized! it doesn't do 1/2 of what we need it to do but now we are stuck with it! the price was better than most i looked at but since it doesn't do what we need it to this is not a pro.

We hope we can get out of the contract without getting our attorney involved.

Pros

The initial presentation with their rep. He was impressive so we signed up with them.

Cons

The implementation has been horrific. Multiple training meetings cancelled. Signed up two weeks ago and we still don't have an invoice form in their system. The proof they sent us our artwork was distorted, stretched and off center. We had cancelled our old system and had to go back to PAPER INVOICING until we could get reinstated with our prior system.

Horrible orange gram and they keep billing won’t stop billing me even though the program neve lived up to its promises.

Pros

The program didn’t work at all. My service men hated it and found it non user friendly and frought with problems. This is not a good program and they won’t stop hiking even though we don’t use it and haven’t us d it for a long time,

Cons

Too many to list: Invoicing problems, stalling problems, sign on Problems, not user friendly, not attractive display, loss of use in field problems, ie internet problems with this software, service men don’t like too complicated. Importing old data problems, they said they’d help never did help. Not easy to use, not a good program at all. Nothing but problems the confirmation emails come out jumbled etc they keep billing even though I don’t use program or want this program anymore.

Make sure you get it all in writing!!! They will promise you the world to get you to sign and then you will be sorry... They will try to say that there is a two-week trial period. That was a lie...

Pros

It has a wide variety of functions and customer service is just a phone call away. If getting dizzy in front of the computer for hours is your thing then this is for you!

Cons

It has so many functions. it takes an office personnel to run the program. If field workers don't complete their portion properly it's hours and hours of Admin work to fix it. The people that try to sell it to you will lie to your face to get you to sign...

SCAMed by Verizon

please steer clear of this product its a massive wast of time and money and simply doesn't work well. if you want endless train sessions, a product that can't be administer from a mobile platform, a huge head ache, lost revenue and lost time it might be the product for you.

I truly feel SCAMed by Verizon and by this product. 3 month of a terrible experience and the still want to make me pay for the full 12 months. I'm looking at a total loss if i add up the cost of the app, the useless train time, the loss of productivity from my team as they were trying, the time trying to fix issues with the program, and im still dealing with lawyers because they are trying to make me pay for services they didn't provide. we even switch our wireless phones off Verizon to T-mobil due to this and found they were overcharging us for those to!!

Pros

The promises that the sales team made, the promise we could integrate scheduling, billing, invoicing and GPS (but they couldn't deliver on it.)

Cons

poor functionality, we lost data, we lost billing, its wonky, its buggy, its way to expensive, they lock you into a year contract and won't let you out even when the product fails to perform, its not intuitive, it really just a big scam

I gave a 60 days notice to cancel our account and they shut down our access 2 weeks later. Right now I have customers calling that want us to do work and I can't schedule them. I cannot add any parts or labor that my service technicians are out there doing. I also don't have access to the jobs completed from April 1 - present that we haven't billed for yet. I have spoken to our account manager and she doesn't have authority to get us back in line. Getting someone to call me back is next to impossible.

Pros

It worked much better than scheduling and tracking customer data in Excel. For us to go from very manual to using software and an app was good.

Cons

Very little flexibility
A LOT of manual and very time consuming tasks required for a software that should allow for automation

The biggest down side is they make you sign up for a minimum of 12 months which I believe shows a lack of confidence in the product. Lets face it if the product was good people would continue to use it. Beware when your contract runs out you cannot access any of the information including any outstanding jobs that need to be invoiced.

Pros

Basic scheduling, quoting and invoicing, however does not have the project management capability for construction work. Unable to raise variation orders or progress payments.

Cons

Software is very clunky and can be quite frustrating to use. Not being able to access the admin portal from a mobile device is also another down side because you cannot add or edit jobs while you are on the run.

Limited use other than tracking the vehicle. Nothing good to say about the system or support!

Cons

Not easy to use. No support. In 4 years as a client we had 8 client managers, every time we called the manager was gone and we had to start with a new one again. Account receivable was probably the worst I ever seen. They would misplace payment and not return call plus again it never was the same person you dealt with. Your contracts are 36 months and if you add a vehicle it a new contract for 36 months for that one vehicle. You end up with multiple contract ending all at different dates.

Over the span of 4 months of working with my Integration team, I had issues with work order design, support for estimates in the field (not supported), POs (not supported), checklists for techs in the field (not supported), and syncing with quickbooks (or more specifically, NOT syncing with Quickbooks). I finally asked to cancel my contract. I was told, that the software worked well, and that the problem was with me. I was also told that they would do me the favor of letting me buy out my contract. I found the entire experience to be terrible. The customer service was terrible. The integration was terrible. The company used a very standard bait and switch approach - they sold the moon and only delivered cheese. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. My lawyer is currently communicating with Verizon on my behalf.

Pros

Adequate job of scheduling and dispatching technicians.

Cons

When I was sold the product, I was told that work orders could be structured in a way that they would mimic the paper work orders we currently use. I was also told that the WORK product would integrate with QuickBooks. In reality, as I was pushed through "integration" I was told that work orders had to conform to "how the software is designed." The resulting work orders did not mimic the paper work orders we currently use. Further, the software requires invoices to be created in WORK. These invoices do sync over to QuickBooks, but no Job information syncs over (other than what is on the invoice). If you use Quickbooks to invoice, the WORK product will create hours and hours of headaches for you as you try to reconcile the jobs and invoices you have in WORK with the jobs and invoices you have in Quickbooks. The software doesn't work as promised. Don't fall for their bait and switch.

Pros

Ability to track my equipment. We have GPS units in our motor graders, trucks and mowers. These are the vehicles that are involved in road maintenance and snow removal and are subject to complaints from drivers and roadside landowners.

We settled a lawsuit because we could not prove where our equipment was during the period preceeding a motor cycle accident. We can now account for where our equipment is at any time it is operating when a liability complaint is lodged against our department.

Cons

The map display sometimes doesn't show the names of our roads unless we zoom in closely. This has improved since we have started, but on our local road system, the name of the road still does not appear until we zoom in close. This is an annoyance, but not something we would consider switching products because of it.

recurring workorders and invoicing

Pros

Recurring workorders, easy to invoice, easy to assign new jobs to fieldworkers. Mobile and desktop access.

Cons

ZERO support from developers. Sales will tell you once thing, it doesn't happen and you get zero response from any feedback/enhancements you submit.

The biggest problem we find is that you have to upload photos one by one, you should be able to check all the ones that apply and do one upload. And when viewing those photos and attaching to invoices, you have to download and review one by one, when you should be able to toggle through the photos quickly like you would with any other software or program. We have been asking for this upgrade since the day we signed up and the developers do not care or respond.

If they would fix the photo issue, I would give 5 stars across the board. But because they refuse, we have to use DROPBOX as well as this software to effectively manage photos. 2 different programs when 1 should be all that's required.

Cons

The integration with Quickbooks is not well done, and we had to stop using that feature. If we went back into a job ticket in Verizon Work, after it had been sent to Quickbooks, it would revert back in Quickbooks to reflect the job ticket. This router is powerful and I use it to connect 4 different pieces of office equipment. Is gets the job done without interuption.

Cons

I travel to a few different places where i setup. You have to make sure that the location has a decent connection.

Pros

No much to like. It is hard to find and add data. The start up to the app is slow and starting a job takes to long.

Cons

Was told that software would do everything I asked for. Signed contract and began moving info over. Then when we started to use it we found all kinds of flaws. When I made a list and called them to discuss it so that changes could be made. I was told those things were not available yet. Here are some of the things we found.
Can't adjust time, No inventory, Poor response for help. Everything is in the future. Slow to respond when trying to operate software. Print is so tiny on work orders you can't read them and are not adjustable. Print is badly spaced out causing you to use twice as much paper.

service calls job scheduling!

Pros

The ease of use, the ability to quickly select and add jobs, the scheduler overview, the way it syncs with my customer database, mobile app friendly, and the customer service.

Cons

It can get complicated navigating through the menus. also sometimes the scheduler tab disappears if your cache is full.

system is easy to use -- when it works ofcourse

Cons

Awful company, constantly messing payments up and taking 2 or 3 months at once, didn't charge me enough and demanded more money.
the system lost an invoice due to an error and after many calls trying to get support (all I got was an answerphone, which is standard) after many attempts the support team said that they would fix it and after another call the next day, all I received was a manager saying I have to sort it myself, who then hung up on me.
there is a long list of issues with Verizon WORK, there sales team lie, there is no support when you need it and they treat small companies like they are doing them a favor by letting them have the product.

the customer service offered lets this potentially good product down

Pros

The software seems like it could have been a possible solution to our growth but never got far enough into it after the first few weeks as customer service was disgusting.

Cons

Very poor customer service compared to the competitors. Twice they made appointments to call and spend time with us and both times they never called after having 3 staff waiting in our office.

Pros

It is easy to find your way around. It seemed like a good price at the time I signed up - there's a reason for that!

Cons

You receive part of a purchase order, but you can't show this on the system. You can either receive an item or not. You can't get around this by adding two lines of the same item as it just overwrites the first entry.

Helps track jobs, quotes and invoices.

Pros

The concept is good. They try to do what service providers need. Set up people try very hard to make the bad software do what you need it to do. Unfortunately they cannot fix underlying flaws in the program.

Cons

Software is obviously written by programmers who have no real world experience with service businesses. Not intuitive, slow and clunky. Other than creating jobs the work flow is awkward.
Many simple functions missing or if they exist do not make sense in the real world.
