Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus

  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use, its clear, its easy to customize if needed for whatever additional options you might want.

  • Ease of use with a lot of functions. Was very simple to get use to. It is nice that we can use the same program on multiple computers and it updates itself fast.

  • Cons

  • Format, availability to search could be better. Customer service can be tricky to reach on off days, but always very helpful.

  • The customer service was a little difficult to work with but when you are able to get them they are easy to work with.
