Launch27 is a cloud-based online booking solution suitable for service businesses of all sizes. Key features include customizable online booking forms, availability calendars, appointment notifications and online fee payment.

Launch27 offers an online booking form that can be integrated with business websites. Users can customize the colors, fonts and fields to fit their needs. Customers can view real-time updated availability and schedule services through the online form. Notifications and reminders can be sent to customers automatically through email or text message.

Launch27 allows customers to pay for services online through a secure checkout. Discounts and gift cards can be applied to prices for things like customer loyalty and referrals, promotions and holidays.

Good Software but not for me

Pros

Good templates, and I like that i can book and send my cystomers a confirmation email and they can manager their own bookings.

Cons

While it works good I feel its price than other software and this is not budget friendly for small cleaning companies. The trial is only 2 weeks what can I do in 2 weeks other software at least gave you 30-45 days.

Great features, but needs some updates

I like that it has the ability to include price parameters to add half bathrooms.
They have great email templates, such as the Rate your service to give you an idea of how a client feels about the service provided before they write a review on Yelp.
The other features I like includes: ability to assign teams, keep record of how much a staff member gets paid, the overall reports are great too. Since I just started using them, I still have much to learn, but this is what I like so far.

Cons

Their email templates a bit clunky and outdated. For example, you will need an URL for each image you add to the templates.
I also do not like that they don't separate services into packages or subscriptions and thus not having the ability to charge for a package all at once. Instead, you can charge service by service at the end of the cleaning. I see the advantage of it, but I wish it gave me the option to choose when and how to charge my clients. I think that Booking Spots can be easier to format.

I give full credit to Launch27 for helping me business hit high revenue in our first year. It makes the booking so easy for customers which makes them more likely to pick us, and it lets me see exactly what our schedule is like at a glance.

Pros

Very robust platform.
Great integration of online booking form, scheduling, and payments.
Good analytics for tracking sales.
Provides an easy way for customers to communicate, which is important for good service.

Cons

Some features could be improved.
Top tier plan is quite expensive compared to the entry and middle ones.

Pros

The app is very good but their a few things that need improvement you should be able to access the app for the computer, not just your phone.

Cons

sometimes it is hard to figure out and there is not a 1-800 number for members who pay for a membership

Easy booking, payment, easy rescheduling. Customers reschedule and book by themselves. I like how it show the duration of cleaning.

Pros

Easy for people who are not familiar with computers. You get support quickly. I like how the back end is easier to make appointment.

Cons

I like everything. But, some times the different sections in the booking page change by it self. Example under frequency I have onetime, weekly, biweekly, monthly when I went to my book page one day it changed to only weekly. I always check my booking page now.

It is convenient to use and tracks everything for me. I like that the schedules can be sent and employees can track what they make on every job.

Cons

I dont like how the booking spots are generated I wish you have more control on how many people booked and when. I also wish there was a feature to tell people there are no appointments available or block a certain person from booking.

I like how it keeps me organized, that I can change the schedule using the app and my computer, it makes me look very professional with my clients and with my employees. It is a great way to keep good communication with my clients and with my employees. I also like that you added the checklist, pictures, and notes. I love that when I have any questions you provide a person using your chat on the website that can help right away.

Cons

I don't like it that every time I am updating the schedule so many tabs open. I also don't like when I am doing the timesheet I use the Time Tracking Log and when I download the excel sheet the colors for check in/out add the date on the total. I have to delete each date so I can use a formula to add the total time for travel and work hours and miles. That is annoying since I have a lot fo employees and I am planning to hire more. I also wish there was a location that only my team leads and myself can see the garage & alarm codes for security reasons.

Time saving. Accurate tracking

The ease of use. Also, the staff is phenomenal!

Cons

When the team goes to an area that is out of cell phone service they are unable to use this app. I would like to see an offline portion to this that would sync when they are back in range. Also, a scheduling portion that would allow people to request time off and incorporate payroll.

The greatest things are you can program whatever you like, and also to do automatic things, to send emails, reminders, put hold on the accounts, charge, etc.

Cons

There is a small things like dashboard indicators, that may be sorted in another way, then they are right now. For example, to choose period of time for some indicators is not possible.

I like the layout and features. I like the website integration and ease of changing basic items on website.

Cons

I wish there were more options for sending texts/emails ie auto email/text wjen ppl are late paying for a pmt reminder. I wish there was more customization options. We have glitches with some clients not getting texts even though they r signed up for reminders and ph # is correct. I would love it if system help was more staightforward i dont like how it is barebones. Many features dont seem to have an explaination. Ie what is the point of marking a job complete as the system does it automatically. I wish once a job was marked complete that it sent a text/email to client to inform them their cleaning is done and the yotal cost is x.

The ease of online bookings, customers can book while I am in bed. Everything is very easy to set up and get running. The scheduling software is top notch! I can be very ha da off with launch27 and let them software do its thing. Highly reccomend.

Cons

There are a couple things that could be added but the cool thing is they are constantly updating everything every day based on what the user requests!

Overall it significantly reduced the efforts to start my business and has grown alongside the business. The automatic features such as emailing, recurring bookings and being able to charge customers from within the software are amazing.

Pros

Launch27 is powerful enough that it does most of the heavy lifting of my scheduling, booking, charging and communicating however not bloated to the point where there is a ton of useless functionality. The Zapier integration makes it possible to extend this functionality where needed and the devs are always making improvements.

Cons

Sometimes you can feel the growing pains of the software. While the growth is GOOD, you can feel that older design decisions are holding it back from being as great as it could be. More detailed reporting would also be nice, but the ability to export raw data means anyone with some Excel knowledge can generate their own reports, albiet not automatically. There is also a huge jump in price between different tiers of the product, but arguably this is justified with the features it provides and the stage your business will be at when you are ready to make use of them.

Pros

Easy to book new customers. I like that it is easy to go in and edit bookings. The app makes it easy to charge customers and keep up with bookings.

Cons

When I create a quote I have to go back to the day it was created to view it. I wish it would just show all created quotes under the quotes tab.

I love how easy it is to use for my employees and clients. Everything is very straightforward and love all the features.

Cons

tipping system. I wish it was easier for clients to tip AFTER a job. Like for example once the cleaning is complete and the customer receives there rating follow up email and when they press "Happy" and it takes them to the next window and from there they have the ability to add comments AND tips. Not a big deal though

I really like the front end booking page that the customers use. It is a great design. And the email follow ups are nicely designed for you.

Cons

I am little more fond of the back end of housecall pro. I used it before switching to Launch 27. They had a little better back end features for less price, but the front end design was horrible.

no live person all the time, I was confused at first at how to set it all up and where to find help. Didn't realize till after I had it all set up that there was a Youtube channel too. Should be a downloaded printed handbook we could give to our new employees to help walk them through logging in each day, etc.
