The Best Yet

Our CSR's, and Dispatchers love the system, and our techs love it in the field as well. very good for presentations to customers. This system has helped our Service dept. go completely paperless with no issues.

Pros

MOst has what I need to run my business profitable. It has many automatic intuitive features that I used to rely on people to stay on top of. Now the software stays on top of things like previous diagnosis, history, recommendations made by techs, revenue by tech. Very good support. This group CARES about the success of our company through the use of their software.

Cons

Set up and initial server configurations were cumbersome, but not beyond what a competent IT person could manage. I was able to set it up with no real issues, and I am an amateur IT person.

MOST makes a huge impact

Very highly recommended, one of the best choices we have made for our business. Our old system was so business un-friendly and labor-intensive, often we were spendng more time in the back office documenting and closing service calls than doing the service itself. For our small company, MOST was a big investment that was absolutely necessary for us to continue to support our client base and scale up our team. Clearly designed from a service business perspective, we found that going from our old service system to MOST was like stepping into Oz. We integrated with our non-quickbooks POS (Windward Software) to provide a single point of inventory control/restocking and general ledger, eliminating duplication, time and effort compared to the "manual" integration from our old service system. And, by using MOST as our single point of reference for all customer contact (eliminating interoffice email and post-its!), we eliminated a lot of time-wasting duplication of effort and phone tag.

Pros

All customer communications documented in 1 place Dramatically reduces time to write up service calls Eliminates need to file/scan/index call reports Minimizes errors in collecting payments - a wrong cc # is caught immediately, not after-the-fact Increases professionalism of techs - both real and as perceived by customer Increases revenue - customers often choose to approve recommended services rather than acknowledge that they have declined Makes service calls faster - techs not having to call in to get prices of stocked parts, etc. - have all information tools they need at their disposal Frees dispatcher from time-consuming administrative tasks and allows time to help customers trouble-shooot over the phone resulting in much improved customer service Extremely responsive support from MOST ODBC connection to create my own reports in Excel Excellent, easy to understand interface Works great via tech's smartphone wifi hotspots (broadband access via tablet not necessary)

Cons

Nothing that even comes close to outweighing the pros: Lack of comprehensive documentation/offset by system intuitive enough to figure out with minimal support. No "installation wizard" - but the support team from MOST did a phenomenal job getting our application set up and customized to meet our needs.

Too many promises of what it can do, but doesn't

We had the MOst team work directly with our IT guy, they installed the software to our server and told him have it needed to be configured to work properly, after months and months of trying to make this work for us....we ended up getting our server hacked do to the set up process and them insisting that our ports had to be left open. Everyone that we spoke to in support (all 5 of them) usually had a different answer to the same question. Very confusing, and frustrating, did I mention that we have now had our brand new server rebuilt 3 times, between the training, setup, and trying to use the software it cost us thousands of dollars for a product that didn't even do what it promised to do.

We are a residential contracting company with over 200 service trucks across the area. We provide electrical, plumbing, heating & air, and remodeling services. Over the past ten years, our revenue has grown from $875,000 to over $40 million. This year, we are on target to do over $55 million. With the rapid and consistent growth of our business, it was necessary to find a new software system to keep up with the volume. I shopped and demoed plenty of solutions before I met the folks from M.O.S.T. M.O.S.T. Contractor is very user-friendly, which eliminates lots of duplicate entries, reduces mistakes, provides accurate reports, allows smart dispatching that reduces windshield time, generates accurate purchase orders, payroll, and great up-to-the-minute drill-down windshields. M.O.S.T measures everything and anything you want measured and tracked. Dealing with the folks at M.O.S.T is a pleasure. Wayne, Carolee, and Jason are awesome. They are on your time, they know their product, they believe in the product, and want to make sure you are always satisfied with the product. I can reach any of them any time of the day. To them, I are not a number or a customer - "I am the boss." Our company employs over 60 customer service reps, and all were trained and certified within a month. The M.O.S.T. team worked 7 days a week in my building to make sure training and implementation was very smooth. Going in, I was very scared and nervous about implementing a new software system since, after all, we service multiple areas and run over 200 trucks. But when the software was turned on, we encountered no glitches, no down time, and their scheduling, training, and support are the best. All the obstacles I threw at them were not an issue. They delivered with a smile. I have been shopping for a new solution for a long time, and I am very happy that I met the M.O.S.T. group. They are awesome; you are not a sale to them; you are the BOSS.

The software is excellent, the MO.S.T. support staff is incredible!

I am constantly impressed by the MO.S.T. system. We are just a few months in and are working our way through all of the features. Making a transition to a dispatching software is challenging by the level of customer support we have received from the beginning is outstanding! I can not say enough about that! From the simplest task to the more complicated, we are promptly taken care of and I always feel supported as we navigate through this transition and the software itself. Diane is quick to respond, helpful, and always makes herself available. William is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely accessible. I am continuously blown-away by their level of commitment to their customers. Thank you to everyone at MO.S.T.!

Pros

I love how easy the mobile side is for the technician to use. Writing invoices is so much easier for them.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like, especially because MOST takes your comments and suggestions into consideration and are continuously making changes and updates to make the best software that they possibly can.
