Sonadier is a cloud-based forms automation solution which enables small to midsize businesses to create their own database and custom applications.

The solution allows users to build digital forms using a drag-and-drop editor and also edit existing forms. The solution has user access controls which allow administrators to give account-based permission to access and make changes to the database.

Sonadier provides a library of templates to create digital forms. Users can sync customer contact details with the company database and digital forms, allowing digital forms to be auto-filled.

The solution provides an option for users to import CSV and Excel files into the database and also export collected data through digital forms to XML or CSV files. The solution has the ability to perform advanced field-based searches. 

Sonadier is available for purchase on a per user per month basis.

Database planning and management has been a great bother in our organization, but since the adoption of Forms in our system, this task has been improved. Again, Forms assist us in creating various tables (distribution), which illustrate the trend of the data.

Pros

Among all the planning applications, Forms is one of the simplest and user-friendly tool that conducts various tasks related to database planning. Forms also gives allowance for more than five users to perform their task at the same time. It assist users to make connection with their tables, and data, making it appropriate for company data planning.

Cons

The implementation process takes some more time. Again, demands some basic computer skills, and this limits the individuals who can use it.

The process of managing data and creating various distribution tables and design is sorted. Despite the time factor for customizing various data within an organization, a single click of a mouse sort it all. Saves time and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Pros

Forms is one of the simplest tool to use, user-friendly, and the best application that supports planning. Again, form have unlimited forms, which can be used by even five users at a time. Forms support creating new database, and making connections with ones designs and tables. Forms is a good product to use.

Cons

Requires some computer skills which means, one must have the basics of IT to run it softly. Furthermore, implementation takes some longer time.

Imagine this... you need to create various tables for distribution and data recollection all online. You have a very close due date and a very nervous boss that thinks that custom databases are free as any common social network account on the web. Well in a matter of seven days I was running six forms a with their tables, all online and making connections among them deploying all my work with a couple of mouse clicks.
No kidding. You should try it yourself.

Pros

Simplicity, ease of use, clean interface, clear language, fast support, various plans for different needs including a starting FREE plan with unlimited forms and up to 5 users. By the way, making connections with your data and tables, also known as creating databases, was as simple as two mouse clicks. Did I mention the click-and-drag form design process? That also comes free.

Cons

It's not in spanish. But was told by the Sonadier team that they are working on it and should be running in a couple of weeks.
