The proprietary forms engine allows forms to be developed and embedded in the patients’ chart. All data elements can be extracted to create an alert, warning or documentation action.

I like the ability to adapt the product to my needs and to have reliable, friendly staff that is willing to help in any way possible.
The only negative is that some of the planned features are not up and running yet, but I knew this before purchased, and they were honest about timeframes and rollouts regarding the enhancements.
MEDsys shaped implementation and design based on my business practices and processes, not the other way around. That was my challenge with the standard, out-of-the-box software. I had to change my processes to fit the software.

Is easy to use, let us edit the raw duration of the calls, prints almost every report we need and the best is that is completely free.
Wont let us print a report of all the reason codes we've been using and we would like to have that option.
