The Workforce Suite is a cloud-based enterprise-level workforce management solution designed for large companies to track employee hours, manage schedules, employee leaves and more.

The WorkForce Suite can integrate with other HCM/Payroll system. Employees can manually enter their check in and out time through web portals and mobile devices or automatically clock in and out using time capturing devices. The solution allows for the automation of pay rules and compliance requirements through custom configuration.

Built to meet the needs of all employee types, from temporary to permanent and contingent workers, the solution’s scheduling capabilities can be configured to forecast labor demand and support employee needs. The solution also helps in managing employee leaves and compliance by maintaining employee records for a specific time frame.

The WorkForce Suite includes a set of manager self-service and decision support capabilities for creating schedules, approving and correcting timesheets. It also helps in managing the time off requests, labor activities and budgets. It provides support via phone.

difficulty adding missed punches, especially with 3rd shift employees, trying to keep straight if it were negative or pluses to balance out

It provides an official timekeeping area to prevent violating fatigue rules.

Likes Least

It is labor intensive to enter small changes in covered worker hours. Our clerks complain that it is not easy to add someone under a specific supervisor's queue

Recommendations

I had an overall good experience with Workforce suite.

Pros

I enjoyed using workforce suite. I used the website when I applied for a job. The website seems to be easy to use and navigate. There are different tabs for organizing.

Cons

I didn't find any issue with the software.

WorkForce provides an easy-to-use interface for managing employee's timesheets.

Cons

There is an ability to pull up punches by employee #, however I wish there was an easy option to search by site # to see all employee punches at a certain site within a time period rather than having to download the data as an excel document first.
