Efficiency, Ease of Use, Great Support!

HR Cloud is making it easy for us to keep the onboarding process within HR and free up our staff to work on projects. This makes our staff more efficient all around. We tried to onboard with another software, and the difference in support and implementation was night and day. HR Cloud was the answer to our prayers!

Pros

It was an easy setup, easy implementation, and our employees love the ease of use! We have gotten remarkable feedback from our new hires on how efficient our onboarding is now that we have HR Cloud!

Cons

We don't have anything we liked least. Anytime an issue came up or there was a problem, we could reach out to our implementation consultant, Grga, and his team. Or we could reach out to support and they gave us very good resources and solutions.

Pros

I like the way the system has many options to fit your industry style and nature of a unique build that fits all teams. Our implementation guy was really helpful with testing and ideas to fit our goals and ever-changing request. :-)

Cons

There are times that we may experience a time zone difference but all is well in arranging time and days that fit our schedules.

Quick and Convenient

Pros

My favorite feature of HR Cloud is simply the ease of onboarding. I don't have to wonder how our new hires are doing with their paperwork; I can log in and see their progress for myself. Not having actual papers to potentially lose is another huge plus!

Cons

The only con that I have experienced is that the initial welcome email that is generated by HR Cloud is oftentimes directed to my new employee's junk mail. I combat this by proactively letting them know to check their junk mail for the onboarding welcome email.

Pros

Once I learned how to create forms, tasks, and use permissions, I found this software uniquely adaptable to our unique needs. The capabilities of the system is far broader than at first glance. Most software for HR has too many limitations governing its ability to be uniquely customizable. When it comes to users of the system, it is so highly intuitive, and easy to use that employees readily respond.

Cons

It takes a bit of practice and testing when learning how to develop forms and tasks. The system has far more capabilities than I had initially expected. It is worth the time to delve into the system to fully utilize its capabilities.

Pros

On boarding checklists and documents customizable for your company/industry needs. Implemataion staff were very willing to work with you to create the onboarding portal you need

Cons

Needs to have better integration with ADP for salaries/wage rates. Otherwise, so far no issues with the program once implemented
