iHiring by TalentBridge is an applicant tracking system, hiring and assessment solution. When purchased as part of TalentBridge's human resources (HR) suite, users can opt into additional applications, such as learning management, competency management, performance reviews and video interviews, as well.
Its built-in assessment features enable employers to manage candidate applicants to screening tests, such as writing assessments or online aptitude tests, as part of the application process. The stages or types of assessments include fresher or lateral hiring, campus hiring, employee assessment and entrance examination.
iHiring is priced on a “pay-per-use” basis, depending on the number of assessments per year. The product is available in three different pricing plans - Trial, Lite and Pro, depending on the number of assessments needed.
iHiring can be deployed either as an on-premise or cloud-based solution and caters to midsize to large organizations in different industry segments, such as education, insurance and manufacturing.
