Workboard makes it easy to stay on task and keep an eye on what my employees are accomplishing. The company is always implementing updates so the product just keeps getting better! I also appreciate the CPEs they sponsor, I always find them interesting.
We've had some issues with my employees sending me an update on their to-do list, it doesn't always go thru. I also wish that when I am sharing my list with my manager that there was a way to filter out the items that have already been completed or put on pause.
I have no recommendations for others evaluating software like this.

I really like the detail and abilities in action items. We treat them as "Projects". Following from start to finish of a project with keeping people in the loop is a great feature for our company.
I have two main complaints but I am sure these are in the works. First, we would love to see a projects based calendar feature. Not just single users or groups of items but a sort of Master Calender so we can see where certain items overlap or where there might be space to move an item. The other is a Ipad app. I use one alot as a developer, so it would be nice to track things on there.
First, figure out what your needs are. Not all systems like this are the same so understanding what you need helps you to understand how beneficial features and benefits are for workboard. Second, no project management software is perfect. But, finding one that wants to help make it perfect and acts on that is important.

Optimization and synchronization are those crucial things that we reached thanks to WorkBoard. Talking about these things I mean that we greatly improved our teamwork in the company. Creating agenda, ability to control every part of all the projects, collective concentrating on the goals of the company and much more great things we obtained thanks to this system. Also, I can mention one important thing, regarding collective meetings of the company, now they are shorter and we do not need to sit up after work and wait for the end of the meeting. About all the tasks and responsibilities our executives can notify us through the WorkBoard.
I believe that it would be better to make some kind of two separate versions of this software, or even more than two. And the reason is that all the businesses and companies are different, and demarcate all the spheres of companies and sizes of staff would be a great improvement in this system.

Workboard is a very intuitive and clean way for my team to communicate with each other. I can see what others have as a task or key of their work. The web UI is great. The mobile app is too. They have APIs for doing what you need with the data, in case you want to sync up with another system. The free version covers all its basic functionalities. You will be able to tell after previewing if you want to spend more money for more features.
The response of the system can slow down a little. An "offline" mode would be very cool, by the fact that there are times when you want to view the necessary information but the quality of the Internet is simply terrible.

I like the user interface. Creating new tasks, redistributing dates and priorities is very simple. I like the ability to take notes and comments, as well as some new features that fixed earlier iterations of checklists. I find myself able to keep my projects up to date and be able to focus on colleagues as needed. The support staff is good and will do everything possible to ensure that you have set you up correctly so that you make the most of the program. If you are looking for a product that provides and optimizes the tools you need to align and reach the goal, the Workboard is great for you.
I must add that there is an essential learning curve. I consider myself curious, and I like to learn new products/systems and get used to it. Also, few improvements to how tasks are displayed and managed would be great.

The program has the ability to perform repetitive tasks and share tasks with workflows and teams. The structure is well done with clearly separated reporting functions, so the team does not need to study all the software at the same time. With this platform, I can better track tasks and productivity, as well as provide constructive feedback to my employees during individual checks and performance evaluations. I managed to manage projects better.
For a small organization, the top-down structure is too rigid and requires the creation of all my fellow managers. I would like some borders not to be appointed on their own. The program also allows you to visualize in a global setting.
Be prepared to pay the whole annual price if you want to sign up for the Elite Subscription. I wanted to use Workboard as my main inter-company team /project collaboration tool (MBO, GTD, OKR). I proceeded to enter my strategic relationships, workflows, and upload sensitive collaborative documents. I was doing fine until I decided to sign up for their monthly Elite Plan. As soon as I entered my credit card information, I was immediately ushered to a congratulations screen, there was NO CONFIRMATION page to authorize a deducted amount (a big RED flag). Upon getting a notice from my bank that I've been overdrawn, I checked my email, and to my dismay I discovered I've been charged the whole annual amount of $632.10! I searched for contact numbers or email of their Billing Department or Customer Support on my account page or their whole website, or their Billing email notification--and to my dismay there is NONE! (another two to three big RED flags!). Had no recourse but to email their CEO and report their anomaly and got a "we regret that it was not clear enough for you" as part of her message. They said they were going to reverse the charges, however it didn't happen as I was still levied overdrawn fees, and all my scheduled payments, for those four interim days, were compromised as a result of insufficient funds. It didn't get reversed the same day as I get from other companies who use credit cards. Very costly learning experience for me as I got levied fees and had checks returned. I detected no empathy on my predicament from Ms CEO. There is no button /contact email, nor telephone number on your website account page to opt out. You have to write directly to the CEO.
A. You can do Objective Key Results (OKRs), Management by Objective (MBOs) and Get Things Done (GTD) method thru this app.
B. You can enter your Strategic Relationships, Define your competitive Advantage Workflows, and upload /share collaborative sensitive documents.
- No Customer Support/Billing Department contact info.
- Knowing you have done Pros B above is now scary.
- Misleading markers to entry to subscription plan, high barriers of exit. It's a managerial mousetrap.

Great for teams, automated reporting, statistics across tasks about which are late or upcoming. Really like the email integration and leadership and management advice offered as well. Super responsiveness of support.

We're trying out Workboard to manage work for several clients. Very helpful - I can hold my team and my clients accountable for achieving our mutual goals. We use it to route press releases and articles through creation, editing and completion, to comment on those actions and collaborate on work. As clients complete their actions and reviews, I get real time visibility -- it's a huge help! We need fewer status calls, which means we spend our time helping them get coverage instead of reporting on our efforts.
Most powerful when the client is using it as well - we can really function as a single team.
Each person see only their own workstreams, but I can see all the clients in a single place.
