Bigmarker is cloud-based webinar-hosting and marketing tool for organizations in the technology, education and nonprofit industries. Modules and key features include automated webinars, landing pages, chat, polls, handouts, recording, meeting rooms, analytics and reporting.
Bigmarker’s landing pages module enables professionals to create customized landing pages by utilizing templates. Users can also personalize pages with their own logos and color themes. The landing pages are mobile- and tablet-compatible. Further, marketing managers can create email campaigns and social media campaigns for potential clients. Its analytics module allows users to create data visualizations and view real-time performance metrics.
Pricing is on a monthly subscription basis that suits individual users as well as large enterprises. Support is provided through an online portal, email and phone. The platform can be integrated with third-party software such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Twitter, YouTube and Salesforce.
We use this tool in-house to educate our clients as well as to run in-house trainings. The tool has helped build brand visibility by positioning us as thought leaders. It has also served as a medium to run in-house trainings more efficiently without having people who are geographically spread out to do anything more than log in to their systems.
Bigmarker is a really powerful webinar tool and is so easy to set up. The tool offers a great experience even to webinar attendees right from the simple registration process to save the event on their calendar to getting reminders to attend the event. We can also send recordings of the webinar to all registered attendees and get good analytics about the event. The quality of the audio and video during the live event has always been good.
I don't find any cons as such with this software as it is quite good. The few times whenever we have had issues, it was due to a bad day with the speed of our internet.
Being in small business, the solution what we were looking at was something simple,easy to manage and affordable. In India, we have anticipated, low bandwidth, not so tech savvy users as some issues for any webinar tool.
I found this tool working even in moderate bandwidth.
We tried many and finally selected Bigmarker and I cam say, it was a wise decision
I have been using various webinar tools for five years and I would rate usability high. Another big plus is the seamless functioning across devices- desktop, laptop or mobile.
I am finding Bigmarker as an excellent companion to perform small webinars to customers/prospects.
The booking and billing portion are yet to be attempted. However they are also excellent features.
Found some issues initially with specific to voice clarity. Maybe this is something specific to ISP as today we are not facing that issue. Apart from this, at present,I am not finding any reason to dislike bigmarker
Love that it's really easy to set up and love the screen sharing and the polling features available.
We've had issues where the audio was really low quality or the webinar just froze in the middle of the whole thing. This is really an issue.

I really like that you can share the screen, record a conference and make a quiz. Good multimedia quality, simple and convenient interface. The service allows you to download and share multimedia content, which is always available. We use this program to conduct web-seminars with our customers. We had several webinars where the video was restarted during a live webinar, which was a serious problem. In addition, I would like to be able to upload my own photos for the landing page background instead of using pre-loaded photos.

BigMarker is a free web conferencing service that provides the tools needed to plan a conference, easily manage your meeting, record the exchange incompleteness, and then share the conference with the public. I can easily say that all I have all work here. To work with my interface is much interesting and better. The more simple way to make webinars. We use it as a support and communication app to talk to our user base. We are not really using the public-facing lead management side. BigMarker allows us to send targeted messages to our users based on their behaviors and specific needs.
So great solution which I had. All our company work with enjoy. We usually solve our small issues with support service, they work just perfect. They help a lot and makes our work more clear. Don't have any problems with this software.

The landing pages are hosted by them and cost per month to white label which is next to outrageous. Not needed but would be nice.

BigMarker is a great tool for hosting meetings between our two offices. You can enter the meeting room early to ensure all of your documents are ready to go. You can even do a practice-run of the web conference to weed out any glitches.
The program integrates with Outlook for invites. This is a great feature, but since our office uses Gmail rather than Outlook, we are unable to utilize it.

I enjoy using BigMarke as a host and attendee because it's a consistently good experience without the hassle and downloads of the legacy software. It's a seriously innovative experience and genuinely joyful to use.
Because it's so far ahead of its time, some users have a hard time getting used to not having to download/constantly update software. It's more of a learning curve issue and nothing to do with BigMarker.

I liked the overall look and feel of the platform. It was easy to customize the webinar room, customize the emails, and for attendees to register. I liked that it integrated with Infusionsoft and our presenters had an easy time accessing the webinar.
We had over 300 people signed up for the webinar, so when we weren't able to enter our webinar it was a panic. Thankfully the BigMarker support team was able to manually open the webinar for us, but that was a huge glitch. Additionally, we had several comments coming in throughout the hour noting that the audio quality was horrible.
Finally, anyone who registered for the webinar (even if they did not attend), were receiving emails throughout the webinar due to someone who called in and was commenting on the webinar landing page. Users were not happy that their inbox was being flooded over 25 times throughout the hour. BigMarker responded to this saying they've never seen this happen before.

Setting up registration pages was quite easy, and the interface is very modern and user friendly. The video and audio quality are good and create a good user experience. I also like that users don't have to download any plug-ins or extensions to view webinars. While we had several technical issues with our webinars, customer service was very attentive and got back to me quickly.
The platform itself is very buggy. We've had several webinars where the videos stopped playing or restarted during a live webinar, which was a major problem. We also had issues with recordings not being posted correctly or at all after a session. I also dislike not being able to customize registrant and attendee emails unless you are using certain third-party software.

1. give users a function to visit the page without log in.
Since we are log in we are not able to see what customer see our page.

2. at the private channel, the calendar hide all the sessions even for the members of the channel. Please allow them to see the calendar and access the recording
3. We love BigMarker App so much however, when one of our attendee use the App to access from Japan, she was not see video some reason. Is that b/c of she is out of US? If so, please let us know, we need to inform when we do webinar to Japan.
4. If you offerr Chip In button on Webinar like a water mark to people click anc chip in when they think very beneficial from our FREE webinars and support to us.
