Very good CRM
We are using it since 7 years. We use it mainly for checking/ adding customer interaction, sending emails and Sales purposes. It is the best Customer Relationship Management software available in the market for free.
Pros
FREE: No license cost etc. Open source Rest Based Mobile friendly
Cons
No support from team. Community is not very vibrant. Bugs take long time to be resolved. less add-ons available for integration. Reports are not very basic
