About Interactant


Interactant is a cloud-based, integrated solution consisting of clinical and financial modules. It caters primarily to long-term care, long-term acute care, behavioral health and rehabilitation providers.

The solution consists of five key modules: Revenue Cycle, Financial, EMR, Mobile and Insight. The Revenue Cycle module manages processes from billing to reimbursements, with provisions for scheduling, contract management, referral management and trust accounting.

The Financial Module manages accounting, payables, payroll and reporting. The EMR Module takes care of computerized physician order entry (CPOE), online medication administration records and pharmacy apart from basic health data management.

With the help of the Mobile module, all features can be accessed via laptop, tablet and smartphone by users on the move. Finally, the Insight Module helps keep track of business KPIs through reporting and analytics.

Interactant uses Health Information Exchange (HIE) interface for exchanging data and has partnered with IBM for its hardware and middleware requirements.

Pros

Ability to upload screen shots of issues.
Log on / check status of issue .
I receive an email that my request has been submitted, when it has been viewed & a solution has been proposed.

Cons

Can't think of anything major.
On some of the reports, the font size could be larger.

We have had a great experience especially with customer support. The HCS Team is exceptional!

Pros

Ease of placing orders
eMAR is easy to navigate
Easy to customize
Screens are easy to view
Tool tips are very helpful

Cons

Reporting- reports should be easier to generate, the process is very cumbersome. Print Medical Record... takes too long to populate.
