Good but Could Be Better

Pros

It has a very creative organization style. I enjoy the relationship connections in the contacts and the street address confirmation.

Cons

It took me a while to realize that the contact information I was typing in the contacts was not saving as I continued on to make a new contact.

Overall a good product

Pros

I love being able to sync up people to their jobs without having to create two separate profiles (like in our old system). I also like how you can create relationships between two people but still have separate profiles for them.

Cons

The auction module runs very slowly. I am told this is being fixed in the June rollout, and I hope this is the case. The slowness made our auction event very frustrating.

STAY AWAY AND DON'T USE THIS

This products used to be great when it was nonprofiteasy. Ever since becoming FUNDLY CRM it is terrible! Nonprofiteasy was so intuitive and easy to use. Now it is so complicated in a training webinar on how to run reports the person even said, "What you are learning here is the basics of computer programming." Are you kidding me? My job is to raise money, not be a computer programmer and that's what you are going to need or become to be able to use any of their products.

Their level of customer service used to be amazing ... now it is virtually nonexistent. Used to be you could call up and someone would answer that knew your name and was happy to help you. Now I have to submit a ticket for everything or pay $50 a month for phone support. One I even marked as urgent and it took them two days to get back to me. The only service they actually give you is a list of instructions or they tell you to attend a webinar. (Which, I would never receive the credentials for and when I asked about it they told me it was a problem with my email server and that there was nothing they could do about it) It's pretty much impossible to use unless you have nothing else to do but to sit for hours and try to learn it. We've been with this company for about three years and in it's desire to grow it has forgotten the customers that helped get them started. They don't care and won't help you with anything so you're pretty much on your own to try and learn this

Pros

Their customer support is very helpful and patient Their demos are thorough Lots of integrations available customizable dashboard view

Cons

The import templates are a bit clunky and if things that aren't entered just right, the import fails.

Getting better

Pros

I like how the contacts can be organized by family connections, organization connections, and contact types.

Cons

I made a newsletter from a Word document I've already created. When I tried to copy and paste it into the Newsletter section, the text and pictures were very skewed. I had to spend an extra hour trying to get it to look right again to send out to my contacts through my contact types lists.
