Pros
Quick and simple to enter days/hours worked (and expenses if necessary), mobile compatible Especially effective for timesheet reviewers/approvers - a simple click on a link in an email is all that is required - no need to login to any system Easy and quick to generate reports

Easy to configure and use with all the reporting you'd ever need!
We've been using PM3time for a while and we can't think of any drawbacks so far. We use it to keep track of time spent with clients and capturing work on projects. Working on a range of projects with staff operating in different capacities proves very useful for our internal reporting.
Pros
+ PM3time is a tool that is simple to configure + its easy to export data into a tool such Power BI or some other reporting tool. + Its simple to setup and administer and is flexible enough to change style of reporting as required. + Ability to have multiple rates per person. + Calculation of utilisation and holiday tracking
Cons
It would be helpful if a list of staff could be uploaded from a database/spreadsheet or perhaps an interface to an employee db. However, this isn’t a serious drawback as new users of PM3time can be added simply and efficiently.

Easy for users and managers to allocate and track time - actual and billable hours against plan
I have used PM3 both as an employee in a larger organisation and more recently in an self-employed Interim/Contractor role. PM3 enabled me to track billable hours against planned hours across multiple client projects, enabling prompt invoicing to keep on top of cashflow..
Pros
Cloud-based so can access and log work time from anywhere. An app for Mobile devices makes it even easier to use on the go. Management tasks such as creating time/hours budgets and allocating planned time to team members is quick to do.
Cons
Reporting functionality is good, but like most things requires development. Fortunately the development team from Bestoutcome Ltd. are very receptive to improvement ideas from clients.

Pros
The best thing about PM3time is its ease of use. As a user I could enter my time into one simple screen and copy all my timesheet tasks from the previous week with just one click. If I am out of the office I can also use the pm3time mobile app to record my time. There is a very simple approval process for pm3time. The approving manager receives an email with my timesheet included and the manager can approve the timesheet from the email without having to log into pm3time. Pm3time also records my rate.

Easy to use and deploy
We need a simple to use tool that is quick to implement and quick to adopt with no training for a distributed team. Did the job without any fuss

Very straight forward to use for time and expenses, as opposed to more cumbersome offerings. Cloud based so easy set up. Does what you need.
