Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great Pawn software that has all the functionality needed for running a successful Pawn Business. Great team and support to work with and is always very responsive and supportive.

  • Ease of use and PMs outstanding customer service. PM is always ready and able to help us with any questions we may have

  • Cons

  • Some parts are a little un-intuitive but nothing to worry about.

  • Every once in a great while, there was a glitch where an item was rung up twice or something similar. After a call to Data Age, they were able to resolve it very quickly over the phone, though.

  • Pros

  • It works great and integrates well with other softwares we use.

  • Stripe was the best, it was simple and designed perfectly. We never had problems! Totally recommend as the best payment processor.

  • Cons

  • Only one negative side: it can be a bit pricey, but it's quite worth it.

  • If you are not technical, the implementation could be daunting, but easily outsourced or facilitated through plugins and integrations.
