Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Tech support is always willing to help and very friendly.

  • As a used book seller, I especially love the ability to create my own barcodes! It's fast, easy, and fun. The inventory reports are also very helpful to me.

  • Cons

  • Some things in the system aren't set up well for a used (trade-in) bookstore and tech support doesn't always know the best option for correcting it.

  • The only con is that the tech support is expensive.

  • Pros

  • It works great and integrates well with other softwares we use.

  • Stripe was the best, it was simple and designed perfectly. We never had problems! Totally recommend as the best payment processor.

  • Cons

  • Only one negative side: it can be a bit pricey, but it's quite worth it.

  • If you are not technical, the implementation could be daunting, but easily outsourced or facilitated through plugins and integrations.
