Allotrac is a transport management software for small and midsize freight and logistics businesses that helps in managing their fleet operations. The software provides features such as order management, invoices, document management, and customer portal. The drag-and-drop functionality allows users to manage jobs, drivers and vehicles in real time. Fleets are organized and tracked using a color-coded system, and vehicle details and driver job histories are stored for repeated allocations.
Allotrac provides wireless cloud technology for drivers and staff members to stay in touch with each other even from remote locations. Drivers receive the permits, licensing and induction documents directly to their in-cab device. The application provides a sign-on glass functionality that records deliveries and sends clients’ receipts and invoices by email. Customers and subcontractors can access the portal to view and track their orders.
Allotrac integrates with accounting platforms such as Xero, Arrow, Myob and Attache. It is priced on a per license per month basis.

Ease to upload info into the system. Ability to create new compulsory inductions for drivers so that we can't send the wrong people to certain jobs.
Inability to search and narrow down and view certain fields, ie Inductions of all drivers. I would like to type in a key word and see availability of eligible crews.
