Robust, and lost of customizable options. Able to handle very large Fleets. Integration with other corporate systems
Needs an engineer to configure. Very expense to purchase, operate and especially to customize / adapt

-You can work with the vendor to have the software customized to your specifications.
-Can integrate with other corporate systems.
-The options are limitless....very hard to find standardization if you want to manage on premises.
-The interface isn't very user friendly to begin with. Some tasks can be hidden and skipped by inexperienced users.
-Requires an experienced engineer to implement, and can have lingering effects if done incorrectly.
-Support is needed frequently, and is not cheap.
-New interface is slow to produce search results.
What I like the most about this TMS is that when you already learn how to use it, it has all the tools available for you to update your load, to create a new one, to set up customers, get documentation need it when moving a shipment, verify claims and provide invoices.
The way it looks is not friendly for new users. You have to look for the options you want to use and sometimes there are several steps that need to be follow when you want to complete a simple action.

Great TMS for larger companies but it is difficult to use and hard to train new users on. The software is very complex.
