Vroozi Procurement Platform is a cloud-based solution for handling enterprise purchasing needs. The solution can be integrated with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and SCM suites via Open APIs. Vroozi also partners with a third-party vendor to provide integrated strategic sourcing and procurement functionality.

Key features include purchase order submission, electronic purchase order approval for suppliers and invoicing. The solution also provides catalog management features, which allow users to define their own catalogs of products and suppliers. It enables users to change catalog content, check error and audit logs, create approval workflow and define characteristics for catalog.

 Vroozi helps customers to integrate supplier catalogs with their own catalogs.

Vroozi’s interface allows users to access systems’ features on mobile devices. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Support for the solution is available via email, phone and through an online support forum.

Watermark chose Vroozi’s Procurement Platform due to its ability to quickly and easily create and manage catalogs and streamline the purchase processes. Vroozi smartOCI is an intuitive, mobile procurement platform that can be easily integrated with other software and processes. It’s 100% cloud-based and mobile enabled solution makes setup extremely simple and allows users to perform procurement tasks from anywhere. With a flat monthly subscription fee and no transaction fees, data administration costs are greatly reduced.

Good Cloud based solution!!

Pros

Out of the box works perfectly with any mid size organization looking for a purchasing process solution and administrating catalogs and approvals
API's to easily integrate with Oracle and i understand other soltuions as well like IBM and Dinamycs
Easily control budget and elaborate detail spend analysis reports
automate workflows and approvals.
I like best it can gve you out of the box reports for all spend analysis
cross application functionality pc, tablet, and smart phone

Cons

not easily modifiable to fit specific company needs as this is an put of the box solution.
Pricing model is a SaaS and not a capex pricing scheme. I would appreciate purchasing licenses and paying a support fee instead
