Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I just simply love the way data sets collected are reported, quick and easy to understand

  • We were looking for solution to get answers to the questions we kept asking. This became our go to resource to get those answers. Really easy to design and use and simple right out of the gate

  • Cons

  • It's a good software, but relatively expensive

  • That it is not user friendly. The SNAP survey guide is hard to navigate and can be tedious to find answers in sometimes.

  • Pros

  • Simplicity, its easy to use. Has every option that one needs. Its easy to integrate with zoho crm. It has also saved us a lot of money by enabling us to work with less staff.

  • Very easy to use, and it incorporates most important features, and you can pay per month, which is also a plus. Since you can manage how often you use the application

  • Cons

  • The surveys can look a bit clunky... but if design is not a high priority, Zoho Survey (and Zoho in general) is a great tool.

  • There is not much I can say as a weakness for now, however continuous improvement to make customer experience more memorable is key for sustainable growth of Zoho.
