Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is a great for the money. They provide excellent customer service, personal attention to needs that arise.

  • Training was easy, it's very intuitive. Our customers have asked for online technology for a long time and they are happy too with the ease of use of the software.

  • Cons

  • Some things are a bit difficult to navigate. Seating charts are small. Mostly satisfied with minimal complaint.

  • There are enough options and enough reports to handle our basic operations, but a large organization may need something more robust.

  • Pros

  • This Box Office system is amazing, works perfectly, and support is first class.

  • they are very user friendly and we have always got positive remarks and cheers from our customers. Thanks to TS

  • Cons

  • I did find it hard to work out how to do a couple of things, but I phoned in for help and it was sorted out very quickly.

  • The only thing (as a charity) we don't like is that any donations also get a surcharge as it feels like a heavy penalty on people's generosity over and above what they pay for their ticket fee.
