Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's easy to set up and use. There is great customer support if you every have any questions the team always gets right back with you.

  • The flexibility and ease of use. Support has been outstanding and their Development team has listened and acted upon our needs.

  • Cons

  • It took too long to come to my attention. We could have used this many years ago. I do wish I could get better graphical representation of hoe my company is doing

  • There's isn't much I dislike. I wish that it was easier to apply customer information to multiple accounts, but that could honestly be user error.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. It is so great how easy it is to use and make changes. i especially think access to reports and menus is great.

  • It is customized to our needs and editable. The software is easy to navigate when you are trying something for the first time. The AMAZING tech support makes it that much better!

  • Cons

  • Adding in items can be a bit clunky and there is some rigidity in the document production that makes it a bit difficult to mesh with our organization but in the grand scheme, not terrible.

  • It's very difficult to get a report. It's harder to see an overview of all events with ease compared with the last version.
