Our connection has always been clear and it's been easy to quickly log in and make calls from other devices when necessary. Only wish would be for a more compact version of the desktop app that could be kept open. The existing app takes a fair amount of real estate on the screen.
Easy to move extensions or use the web app across various devices
Desktop app is easy to install/setup
Clean consistent connection
Wish there was a compact version of the desktop app that could be kept open and given screen space at all times when not using a separate phone

One of the best VoIP providers in terms of service, features, ease of use, and price. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable VoIP vendor.
Very easy account setup and clear instructions on how to use the service itself. The pricing is wonderful so it definitely won't be a big budget burden. Good sound quality for the price. The support is also very responsive, at least during the several times I needed to reach them.
I have had an issue using my account in a 3rd party VoIP software. It is not directly OnSip's fault, but I wish they had more tutorials for external popular software. They were also using Java to make calls from their own site, which might be a security concern for some.

We have been very happy with Onsip as a VOIP vendor. Their service works well for our 2 store business with 2 commercial kitchen. As a wine club, we have thousands of members and Onsip works very well for inbound and outbound over the past 3 years. We have a home office, and with Onsip, we can easily be at home, answer store phones when they are closed, transfer calls between locations, call any part of our business for free. Onsip became essential part of our small biz on day one. On our plan, adding extensions is super easy and free - our 2 retail spaces has general purpose shared phones. We still intend to add several more extensions at basically, no cost. Our monthly cost is equal to what we paid Attempting to Telephone (AT&T) for just one location. So our savings are at least 30% and the functionality is much better.
There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries. Some requested new features cost a bit more than we want to pay - busy light indicator shouldn't be as expensive. Or new features could be bundled with things like telemarketing block and then totally worth it.
For small business, look hard at things like adding extra extensions. For our configuration, on the plan we use, Onsip allows unlimited extensions for free - we love that to put phones in different parts of our 2 locations and also at our home office, our 2 commercial kitchens, our customer service desk. We pay for minutes, not phones, and obviously inside calling is free. Onsip has other plans for a more traditional business like say, dedicated office workers, that are also very nice but we don't need their features as a retail shop. I personally have 30+ years in IT and chose Onsip as their own business model resonated with my small business.
Onsip is great and easy to use. Onboarding my team was a breeze.
Conference calling should be an essential feature but isn't available on mac.
