Slingshot VoIP includes automated attendants, employee extension features, predictive dialer, automatic call distribution and more. The solution is cloud-based and provides mobile apps for Android and IOS users.

Slingshot can be set up via a mobile phone. The solution provides integration into standard business practices and companies can make use of the telephony features, such as an auto-attendant that can route calls to individual employees or by the department.

Slingshot automatically attaches a business name to a particular number, so that the company is marketed each time an employee places a call. The solution allows users to add new subscribers, adjust menu options and update any customized greetings that have been set. Other features include IVR menu, company directory, conference bridges, call blocking and call detail records.

Slingshot caters to small and midsize companies. Price is per month. Support is offered via phone and knowledge base.
