TelePacific's UCx is a hybrid phone solution that offers businesses PBX and business communication features such as auto-attendant, voice and video calling and more. It also offers SIP trunking, PRI/CAS and analog services for businesses with on-premise PBX systems. The solution provides a desktop application and can also be accessed by various internet browsers.
In addition to voice services, TelePacific's UCx provides internet service with multiple connectivity options that include metro private line, Ethernet over copper/fiber and fixed wireless. TelePacific's UCx includes a self-service portal that allows users to configure features and call routing settings.
TelePacific's UCx also offers features like call-transferring, voicemail-to-email and hosted contact center. Telepacific's hosted contact center enables various modes of call routing such as automatic call distribution (ACD)/call queuing and also features call reporting. The solution also features a mobile application that helps in remote usage.

This system is easy to use. The vendor was very helpful in setting up the system and training on how to use. We are a small non profit, and the system we have is affordable and very user-friendly.
We have no complaints about the system or vendor. We have had the system for over two years and continue to be happy with it.
