Pros
- I was able to perform an upgrade of the system in about 15 minutes, all of which was well documented. Customer service has been great.
- I like the idea of being able to allow third-party sellers to use the site. I also like the idea of being able to own the software and customize it to my needs.
Cons
- Chances are, you won't be able to set this up on your own hosting provider of choice, so you'll be stuck rolling with their hosting plan.
- Currently no feature that lets you mass-edit your categories and products. Needs more built-in features and options for payment and invoicing.
Pros
- Customer service is one of the best in any CRM/Donor management I've ever used. The product has a ton of features and ability to communication through video, text, email, and direct mail.
- We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place.
Cons
- It provides inaccurate information and staff is unable to provide a work around even though they have had several complaints.
- So far the only negative is that we cannot link our direct deposit to multiple accounts for separate fundraisers.
