Their tech support was great during our set up process. The appearance of the auction site was really good.

The Dashboard was so extremely useful for referencing important information quickly. All our board members were very enthusiastic about how wonderful the Auctria format was.

Overall I was very impressed with Auctria and recommend it highly.

Sometimes our team struggled to understand some of the features of the software or how to integrate features into the website.

It’s confusing for guests. The guest update screen is a huge mess and creates problems when updating and linking.

Watch out for other vendors- their performance and Gateway fees are extremely high. I love that I can select my own Gateway with the best rates.

You can change the colors but the layout options are limited.
