  • Pros

  • Their tech support was great during our set up process. The appearance of the auction site was really good.
  • The Dashboard was so extremely useful for referencing important information quickly. All our board members were very enthusiastic about how wonderful the Auctria format was.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes our team struggled to understand some of the features of the software or how to integrate features into the website.
  • That was very frustrating. There was no customer service available on weekends.

  • Our event raised over $11,000 which was a huge success for our first time. And it was great to use ZGIVE to help us get to that amount.
  • ZGive only makes money when you make money so if you are a small organization without a robust operating budget, this is the perfect choice for you.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, ZGive doesn't communicate with our current CRM (Results +).
