Pros/Cons

Pros
It's fairly easy to use overall. We used this for one large event and it saved so much time doing some things on here that we would have otherwise done manually!
Easy to use & pull tons of reports with useful data. Customer service is very, very helpful & easily accessible. Easy for guests to purchase through the site & track all info.

Cons
I liked the ease of use but found that there was a lot of information on the main screen that made it feel overwhelming.
It reloads often when searching, which is frustrating in a pinch. If you are patient, it will load properly.

Pros
If it work as advertised, it would be great. It is all about the features. I am not really sure what else to say.
The support is overwhelming and allows you to utilize every corner of the software which makes a user-friendly experience for buyers and sellers

Cons
would like to see more templates to use would like to see more videos added to the documentation help
After a month so far, I have not found any cons that are showstopping or that will stop me from moving forward.
