Based on the feedback we received from our event participants, the software has been very easy to use, which is very important to our Charity.

I signed on to this program because it used to be FirstGiving and they had a very responsive support and customer service department.

No customer service other than emails. Adding additional institutions go into a black hole with no follow up by CS.

I love the software, I run an event entirely on my own each year & the platform is so user-friendly.

I like the setup and ease of entry of donor information and tracking how much donors give.

I never feel like my questions are irrelevant. The support team helps me learn more about the program, which I am very thankful for.

We have been using Bidding For Good for many years and it just keeps getting better.

I don't like the many difficulties I had setting up site and having to rely on customer support for some of the administration.

I had a lot of trouble this year loading pictures to illustrate my items. I've never encountered so many error messages as I did this year.

This product is easy to use, and provides me with a safe, secure and trackable way to make a donation.

They have been able to reproduce the excellent, user friendly software that was on the desktop and put it in the cloud.

I have been having issues for days and no response other than one email this am saying they left a voice mail for me, when there is no record at all on my phone of a call coming in from them.

Giftworks has been a very good fit for our small non-profit:  cost wise, ease of use, and features.

It's all online, has easy copy and paste inserts, and API access for more complex scenarios.

Bidding for Good is easy to use and looks nice to the end user.

Setting up site was far more difficult than advertised.

Customer Service is the Absolut worst!!! I have never been treated with so much disrespect.

They gave us some BS excuse about writing it from the wrong account but more than a month later and we haven't received our money and now they aren't answering our emails.

The interface feels a little clunky, which is what you'd expect in a way, but I think it can make it hard to navigate sometimes.

Our success and experience with FirstGiving has been great. One of the criteria in selecting fundraising software for our Charity was support; what type of support would be offered and at what level.

We received donations via FirstGiving. The check we received from FirstGiving BOUNCED (seriously, bounced).

I'll look to sue the company for our money back if we can't get the help we need. This is the last time we will ever use Firstgiving/Panorama.

The software is really easy to navigate, and when used properly very easy to use.

There was great customer support and training. After the training, product was easy to use; allowed persons not in attendance to bid.

The customer service is fantastic , they are easy to reach and answer any questions.

The support is outstanding. Any time I had a question about how to do something, my rep was responsive and helpful.

We also loved the integrated notification templates and the auction reports. The ease of checkout was amazing.

They are alaways available by phone or email, and while their website has fabulous tutorials, they are also fabulous in providing you hands on support.

Sometimes, that made things a little confusing for me as we were only doing the online auction.

Overall, awesome experience. Their customer service answered every call and was always helpful and courteous.

The mobile site was awesome and so easy to use. Texts/Emails that came during the event are helpful.

The real negative for us was having to enter silent auction donations and ticket sales in the same area.

Real-time reports on how much money you are making and the return on the value. The registration page and the ability to customize it to our liking was amazing, especially when recognizing sponsors.

We also took advantage of the integrated credit card processing feature, which allowed us to easily pre-register bidders and sell tickets online.

From the time we started building our first event till today, we have been impressed with not only the soft ware but customer service was amazing in all aspects of meeting our needs.

It manages contacts, monitors donations, item bundling, integrated credit card processing, and a lot more.

We had used BidPal/OneCause prior but the cost model was unbearable for us this year. With Silent Auction Pro we pay after the first event; nothing upfront.

The mobile auction set up is so user friendly and you receive texts when you have been outbid. Also, inputting a donation is quick and easy.

The customer service is wonderful. They are there not just when  I need help but they call and check on me before the event too.

The event was a huge success and we were very pleased with our experience.

It went without a hitch at the event and we were beyond pleased with how it went and the amazing results.

Their support team is outstanding, always available to help, and always willing to walk you through whatever you need.

We loved that Silent Auction Pro was able to help us continue this tradition, while also helping us raise the money that we need. Since our initial event, we have had two more auctions.

We started as Bidsheet customers and now LOVE the Mobile platforms. They are so easy to use, even for those who are technologically challenged.

If I have to find 1 ‘con’, it would be the inability to add multiple pictures with one auction item. But I think my re said they are fixing that for next year).

It is intuitive, simple, and made us look polished and organized. Features I loved most include: Easy Check-in, Easy Check-Out, entering of winning bids, and the integrated credit card feature.

Credit card processing (we used WorldPay) fees are lower (and no monthly fee), making the total cost lower. Software is feature-rich.

We are excited to use this platform for a combined live/online auction. The customer support is so important and so good at SAP.

The data collection and reports were extremely helpful, too. But the best aspect may be the superb customer service.

The stats after the auction were very helpful. I liked how it kept all donations organized and were easy to ship out after.

The drill down page listed every item in the basket but the individual pictures did not exist so the item said No phot to Display. We ran out of time to take all the pictures so we dealt with it.

Very user friendly; customer support always quick and helpful.

Silent Auction Pro covers mobile bidding, online bidding and live auctions. It allows event managers to organize contact lists for both donors and attendees.
