Customer service is one of the best in any CRM/Donor management I've ever used. The product has a ton of features and ability to communication through video, text, email, and direct mail.

We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place.

You can change the colors but the layout options are limited.
