TurboMeeting is reliable, inexpensive, feature-rich, easy to install and maintain.

Free, easy to use, great features for the meetings you typically hold - talking heads.

The only problem I ever had with this product is running out of licenses. This product is instrumental in providing web based conferencing functionality and in making our teams more productive.

TurboMeeting is very reliable and R*HUB is a great technology partner.

It is reliable, reasonable, loaded with elements, and easy to introduce and keep up with.

I have also had to reboot the appliance a few times, due to no response on the network. But no more often than once every 2 to 3 months.

I love how easy it is to use this product. It has never failed me in activation a meeting with our software vendor.

Too much information in calendar. It gets confusing for the team with too many options.

I like that TurboMeeting can be used for both meetings and remote access sessions so that our IT personnel can help us with any technical issues.

For It shops and small and medium businesses this product is perfect. Pay once and annual support and it is very budget friendly.

Great  flexible , affordable, and easy to use product.

The trade-off was that we were constrained by the capabilities of our own network. We've had issues with videos being shown and how they buffer via a private connection to remote locations.

I don't think this is necessarily a problem specific to TurboMeeting though. The user on the other end is generally the real problem.

My biggest use of Turbo Meeting is using it to allow our software vendor to share screens with me and being able to allow them to troubleshoot when neccessary.

To have the ability to hold a meeting from one location and invite attendees from any location.

The yearly cost of this technology is minimal compared to the excellent reliability, usability and support.

Quick to bring in and setup. It has been reliable now for almost 6 years and allows IT the flexibility to help support users and users to feel empowered to host their own meetings.

TurboMeeting is very easy to use for  our in-house support staff, our external contractors, and our customers.

The support staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

The product works very well and it's platform agnostic abilities allow anyone to use it effectively and efficiently.

Allows me to see the screen on an Android phone. If there is a question or issue, (almost never) the support staff is great.

On-site hub worked perfect as a host. Minimal connection issues and great app support.

Ease of set-up and user friendly. The customer support available is phenomenal - immediate help when needed, no need to answer a bunch of prompts as you actually get to speak to someone.

Sometimes we face problems with voice quality during sessions, especially long distance customers. Also, we are facing problem from Mac system.

No conference phone line alternative. No chat function included in basic package.

Overall, Vidyo has been a very solid software purchase for my office. It's reliable when we need it and it gets the job done.

Easy accessibility and secure platform which provides uninterrupted audio and video conferencing.

Easy to use, great for video calls, good audio. Ability to share presentations and have multiple users at one time into one call.

The main issue that i have with this program is that it is so incredibly buggy. It consistently skips freezes and struggles with start up.

Easy to use, download and navigate. The features are solid and easy to use because the interface isnt complicated.

The ease of scheduling Vidyo rooms as well as the video quality are top differentiators for the solution and give it a competitive advantage in the market.

It can just make it somewhat annoying on trying to login quickly if there's another update to install or if you need to re-enter credentials. But this is a very minor concern.

This software is very basic, but does exactly what it advertises - it provides an easy, intuitive way for people to connect one on one through video, or with large groups that sign in individually.

It is secure and it has some nice extra features like recording that can be very useful.

Cannot text or leave messages to user while they are offline.

It is very easy and effective in helping us as a multi-site organization to connect and have more effective communication through video.

The feature that I liked best about this software was the ability to meet with colleagues from across our school system without leaving my classroom.

I like that it's easy to use and easy to manipulate. We use this platform for bi-weekly conference hearings in my office.

This application does not have as many features as the other applications. No emoticons nor being able to change the background.

The ability to use Vidyo in a simple web conference that just requires two or more groups of people to interact with one another.

My overall experience with Vidyo was that it fit the needs for our organization at the time.

It's super easy to navigate for sharing screens, and the chat feature is simple but enables high engagement. The quality has always been a highlight as well.

It also has a tendency to fail when it comes to talking into the computer and doesn't relay voices over.
