-   Multi layered and sophisticated audio editing software, very helpful for video production, given its an Adobe product, the UI is very familiar coming from their other products.
    
-   Some of the effects are “destructive” meaning I can’t toggle them in and off or go back without effecting other changes I’ve made.

-   The web app makes it simple to access projects without installing heavy software, and the built-in tools for transcription and quick edits can save time.
    
-   We also stopped using Descript while they were investigating because we did not feel it was safe to keep working in the platform. If that one-month refund was meant to cover the time we could not use the service during the investigation, that still does not address the real damage.
