I have used Cubase for many many years since the late 90s probably. It is easy to use, sounds great right out of the box, and is set up to inspire creativity.

Overall, i would never buy any software but Cubase. It integrates with all of the major 3rd party plugins and gives a wide variety of options to best record and produce your music.

The vocal processing  is what I love most, it has good vocal processing.

By using cubase as a freelance artist, I was able to produce my music myself and save time and money.

Best software to mix and master vocals. I choose Cubase over any other music production software any day any time.

Cubase can be difficult for someone who has not done audio editing previously; will be a learning curve.

The mixing and mastering template is so much better and easier to understand for an upcoming producer.

Happy to use the Steinberg software. You will be able to tell it is designed for the professional user and will help give you professional results.

I like that the user interface is simple and easy to use and remember, you will easily know where all the options are. It is also compatible with many of the plugins available on the market.

Can get real slow on startup (maybe my mac is getting old also). Not ideal for performing live music.

The multi-band parametric eq is surgical precise with great visual feedback of the signal.

Best quality sound for recording voices and instruments, you to eq the sound to what you really want.

Some VSTs have not worked correctly for me and sometimes if the devices are not connected from the beginning they may fail to detect them.

Definitely positive, really good learning curve, and in the bottom line it really helps me make music.

Cubase is a solid and reliable sequencer. The audio engine excellent and so responsive I frequently edit clips while I'm actually recording.

Great MIDI editor, easy to install plugins, lots of really good guides, both the manual and online tutorials, sn a lot of really useful stock plugins.

The built in synthesis is good, the generic plugins are great (Reverb and compression in particular).

Above it all, the compressor is integrated into the DAW’s interface, making it easy to access and adjust settings without having to switch to a separate plugin or software.

I used Cubase LE for several years on my PC. I was happy with it until I learned about other options that were available at affordable prices.

I've discovered that it is difficult to learn the shortcuts. There is no trial version available.

It's a great software that I used and completed a good number of songs on it.

I feel that this program is very versatile for anyone who wants to record with good quality, it is not very expensive and it makes it easy for you to include plugins from the same brand.

There are too many features that I do not need and these pollutes the menus and interface in general.

For programming music it's not very ideal software to use unless you need a particular sound from Cubase.

I had trouble setting up my audio interface and getting drivers for low latency, but with watching a youtube video and a few little tweaks, all was fixed.

Cubase is worth buying for all recording studios. Its quality output is outstanding.

With built in score functionality, and endless editing options, overall, this is by far the best music production software out there.

I really appreciate how Logic can import your Garageband files - If you've been working in Garageband and are looking to upgrade, this is the best option for being able to work with those files.

I love the drummer feature. The mpc grooves are awesome, that pitch drop.

I love the mixer interface. Logic Pro is awesome fun and very professional.

Third party plugins such as NI Kontakt integrate easily, and the included sound libraries in Logic Pro allow for infinite creativity right from the start.

I love how the functions are laid out and how the display of the playback area looks and feels as a user. I love how easy it is to add other plug ins.

Logic Pro is by far, the best music production software I have used. The ease of use and intuitive interface make it a clear extension of the Apple line up.

No doubt it's greatly improved my quality of compositional music, & it's great for mixing as well. Having used other DAW's for composition; this HANDS down is one of the best in the market today.

I tried this software for some days in my cousin's macbook but honestly. I don't like it too much.

Once you learn the basics, you can intuitively find your way around this great product.

I like the fact that, aside from its recording and mixing capabilities, the software comes bundled with high quality patches for an incredible price.

Even though there are plenty of tools built for Logic Pro, the fact that it can't run VST plugins is disappointing.

Logic has always been fun to use since it's not very complex to use. It's safe to say i will never think of switching to any other DAW.

However as a professional audio engineer who uses Pro Tools quite a bit for mixing and editing, this is one of the weaknesses of Logic.

I haven't found something that I disliked so far.

I use it everyday to make my music its easy to use and learn if you dont know how it works. There good sounds/ instruments and lots on controls to do effects.

The Logic Drummer instrument is mind-blowingly good, with perfect studio sound and amazing A.I. performances. And all this in a clean, tidy interface.

Worked well and sounded good. I'd use it again if i needed to.

Very happy to have in my professional work, now feel like to have 3 arms.

You still have to be careful with deleting stuff because under certain settings it has destructive editing features.

There is no windows version and you can't work with the plugin you I bought them before for other software you need the Mac version to work.

Finally, the support community is top-notch. If you ever have a question or need help, plenty of people are willing to lend a hand.

Sometimes it has jus booted me out and I lost sessions if I didn't save it.

Extremely good, I've used this for many years and will continue to do so.

Also, the integration between the Mac app and the remote app (for iPad) it's perfect.

A lot of functions, it's really simple to use and has nice graphics, really useful but has some cons.

And for music, all the built in effects are fantastic.

The only downsides I have encountered are a few software glitches, including a problem when exporting audio.

The Logic Pro community is huge in the different social media and you always find someone with your same experiences/issues ready to help you.

Logic is visually pleasing and intuitive to work on. It’s audio editing features are among the best in the industry.
