They enjoy making music in it and I have found customer service great. I was very happy to upgrade from the music maker I used before. The way it approaches notation means it's particularly helpful when it comes to composing scores for drums and piano. I think it's fair to say I love this software. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: It has a unique notation system that lets me make music very quickly - all I need to do is click once to make a new note. I find it very intuitive. It's probably the best music maker software that I've ever used. I mostly use it to create drum scores and piano music, and it's really sped up my workflow. Cons: It took me a few minutes of practice to understand how to write music in the fastest possible way using Musink software, but it was well worth the time, and it was definitely better than the other music notation editors I've used. Luckily, I haven't really had to contact customer support, as the help documentation is really thorough and has answered all my questions. Reasons for switching to Musink I found Sibelus really clunky. I tried a few other notation editors, but they were pretty much all the same, and I wanted something more intuitive. I have also been able to compose high-quality scores that I would be proud to see in a book. I have produced similar scores in Sibelius and I can't imagine switching back now. Sibelius simply seems clunky in comparison. The students can also download a free version to use at home, for homework, etc. It simplifies the process of writing music in a way that makes it accessible but still contains powerful features that I use for my own composition after work. Cons: Like all software, there are some very minor features missing. These have never been a bother, though.
