Pros
- The Customer service is excellent, they do a great job of figuring out what I am trying to do and very patient in showing me how to do it.
- It's simply a really great tool that keeps improving. Great for our needs here in Arlington - Environmental Compliance.
- We have loaded it with thousands of machines and tens of thousands of pictures. This program is amazing for keeping track of assets and their safety status.
Cons
- Internet addiction is the worst thing in my opinion.
- And instead of being annoyed with my constant contact, she was patient and took the time to explain (and sometimes explain again) the nuances of the software.
- I have had trouble with audits not saving after this has happened, and have had to go back and recreate an audit on a new form.
Pros
- Multiple permissions allow for great flexibility with what users and user groups can and cannot access in the system. They have the best support of any vendor I have ever worked with.
- There are good resources to help develop a high level understanding of how to complete these customizations and use the software as desired.
- Great Product with fantastic customer service. Very professional team for system implementation and supplier on boarding process.
Cons
- Unfortunately it is not used throughout the organisation resulting in conflict sometimes with other document storage IT systems and we occasionally have to duplicate documents.
- I waste a lot of time every time I have to use the program.
- It's limited capacity ensures you get one-on-one attention from their technical team if needed, and networking with other users proved invaluable.
