Pros/Cons
Pros
- The Customer service is excellent, they do a great job of figuring out what I am trying to do and very patient in showing me how to do it.
- It's simply a really great tool that keeps improving. Great for our needs here in Arlington - Environmental Compliance.
- We have loaded it with thousands of machines and tens of thousands of pictures. This program is amazing for keeping track of assets and their safety status.
Cons
- Internet addiction is the worst thing in my opinion.
- And instead of being annoyed with my constant contact, she was patient and took the time to explain (and sometimes explain again) the nuances of the software.
- I have had trouble with audits not saving after this has happened, and have had to go back and recreate an audit on a new form.
Pros
- Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.
- I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
- Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable.
Cons
- Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
- Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
- A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
