Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • easy to use. really enjoy going over the site

  • I've been with iAuditor from the beginning. The constant updates and modernisation has progressed well in recent years. It is feature rich and simple to use. The customer support is also excellent.

  • Cons

  • Desktop version seems to be good. But with mobile version, I did face some syncing issues. But it was once in a while.

  • customer service is good once you get someone on the phone. I have called several times about different issues and being on hold for long periods of time interupes my bussiness day

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and user experience is awesome. Reliability is very high.

  • I love the chat function for help and how to's when it comes to features that I may not know about! It is super quick and extremely useful and helpful

  • Cons

  • When the client does not use it. Some clients complain it is too difficult. However, if we walk them through how to use it they really start to enjoy it.

  • Some of the features are not as intuitive, but once discovered, it helps improve the overall user experience.
