I couldn't conduct business without the CRM. Support is very good and training materials are very good.

The system does help keep track of all your activities with your clients and allows for great follow up features, it integrates great with Bombomb  and other feature.

Reporting is busted and absolutely unusable, and requesting data downloads for offline storage is so much more trouble than it should be.

I've tried many different CRM's in the past and Jungo by far is worth the money.

Endless customization and automation. Reports and dashboards are easy to set up and great for analyzing productivity and future pipeline.

It has also made things easier for my assistant  and marketing to increase sales. When I have run into issues with integrating issues with other items the Support line was quick to help and solve.

It is difficult to set up automation with api and other software.

I like that it's based on Salesforce and has a lot of configuration and customization options. I like that they did put an effort into customizing it for our specific industry.

Very powerful, useful, and highly customizable, but complex setup and learning curve.

I am happy with my purchase and I believe it has and will continue to help me stay in contact with clients and keep track of all of my files.

The email campaigns were great and some what easy to use. Content was more geared towards your American clients with limited Canadian options.

Incredibly complex and way to many links. The biggest complain I have was how complex and difficult it was to move data from my Filogix account to Jungo to the point I stopped using jungo.

This software is a must have for any mortgage professional. A little tedious to get going but once youre up and running it is amazing.

But Jungo's greatest strength is how knowledgeable and helpful their support team is. It starts at the top and includes everyone you interact with.

I like how it integrates with encompass. Great to manage pipeline.

Terrible customer service. Stuck in 1 year contract whether the software is for you or not.

I love the customization options with the software, as well as the automation of loan milestone and loan anniversary tasks.

The support staff are very patient and great to work with.

When I use it, it works- however it becomes very daunting to use after you've fallen beind.

Everyone has been so helpful. Knowing my business is organized takes a huge weight off of my shoulders and knowing that this system grows with me is great.

Their team is there to help us succeed and they were critical in our success. They are experts and got us to really think about what we wanted out of Jungo.

Worst customer service experience I've had for a product I paid for.

The monthly cost is relatively low, the customer support is great, and they always have something being upgraded. I absolutely loved using this as a mortgage broker.

The software can do about ANYTHING, but I have trouble figuring out the Workflows without being afraid of messing something up.

Integration with other apps is a pain as you have to call other companies to work with you on setting up within Salesforce.

They forgot to shut it off when i sent in the email to shut it off and then blamed it on me after i brought it to their attention.

Implementation was impossible. Similar complain many mortgage brokers in Canada have.

Incredibly disappointed with how much I wasted my money on this.

I bet I'll really like it after I master this CRM. I hate that I have to speak with Salesforce tech every time I need to put in a ticket.

It can be difficult to get the hang of this software when you first start using it, but once you get the hang of it, you will be a master.

The staff are awesome as well to help get you there.

Overall experience with jungo has been great. Support is friendly and the platform is very powerful.

The ability to design our own processes easily in few clicks is definitely a big improvement compare to what we were doing before (whatsapp, excel, sharepoint...).

In some screens it is difficult to find the information or options.

Great App to digitize task management & communication.

That it's super straight forward and easy to use. The whole design and look of the tool makes everything very doable and user friendly.

Easy and effective task management right from the mobile telephone, very convenient and easy-to-use.

Easy to fill the campaings, formulaires , Dashboard.

Sending notifications to specific stores that haven't done their missions seem trickier then it needs to be.

It's relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Overall this is a great tool for us to follow up and track the VM work within our stores on a global level. Something we haven't been able to do before.
