It is not dificult to use, we have good hellpers if it is some problems.

Gets the job done, but is buggy and not pretty to the eye.

It helps us collect data not only in text, but images as well.

PROS

Easy to deploy and administrate, good customer service.

CONS

Application crashes sometimes and has unresolved bugs.
