The ease of taking current paper forms and converting them to the SiteDocs platform. Free form set-up was included with our subscription but it is so easy we haven't needed to utilize it.

Great for Tracking certifications (expiry dates, etc). Great for following up on corrective actions (closing the loop).

Customer service is also very helpful, as they are always able to help with my issues.

Having multiple accounts can be awkward, especially when having to implement new forms.

Sending notifications to specific stores that haven't done their missions seem trickier then it needs to be.

It's relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it.
