An easy to use app. which makes H&S reporting a cinch - why wouldn't you want that?
The Startsafe team, listened to our needs and basically gave us a product that simply delivers. I really didn't have to do much at all to get us up and running, just take a few photos they did all the rest. I can't thank them enough for streamlining our Health and Safety process.
PROSOur staff love this app it makes H&S checks a pleasure not a chore, they simply scan the qr code, answer the questions, submit their findings and get on with their work. If there are any issues Managers are alerted via email that action needs to be taken. The software is simple and intuitive to work with, you don't need to be an IT guru to configure it for your organisation. Everything is logged in real time and held in a central place.
CONSI wanted to record accident/incident logs, via the app and wanted these to be automatically numbered. I fed this back to the team and I believe this will be available soon.

Really useful for our business
A great service, they do everything they can to make sure the app works for your business and work with you help you get the most out of the app. Saving you lots of time and so handy to have all our paperwork now online instead.
PROSWe really find this app useful, especially for keeping track of safety checks like temperatures of refrigerators.
CONSThere was a feature that didn’t quite suit how we worked and after getting in touch with start-safe they adapted it to fit in with our needs, amazing service

We switched from paper checklists and charts,for various reasons like saving time printing checklists and also we have found it great not to have paper checklists during covid. It’s also great to be able to see the checklists from your mobile phone at any time, if you are not on the premises it’s very reassuring.

Time saving & easy reporting system where all group members are updated on timely basis. In my opinion this software reporting will help us to have more & clear communication with client on regular basis where we want any update with a click of button.

Excellent app
We use the app as part of our residential lettings business and it helps us keep up to date with what is needed to be done as any new letting and any future requirements. Really pleased.

Quality Assurance Surveys
Market Anchor uses StartSafe for quarterly surveys of large branding programs. Previously, the initial onsite survey would take 7 to 8 hours of note taking and photos of any dilapidated branding materials noticed. These notes and photos would then have to be uploaded and inputted into a large spreadsheet, taking an additional 4 to 6 hours to complete. With StartSafe, all notes and photos are inputed and uploaded into the app, and are instantly available for review by other parties involved in the program. This saves countless hours of tedious computer work. The app is extremely easy to use, and can be applied to any project that requires onsite documentation.
CONSWe had no issues using StartSafe in our quality assurance surveys.

Startsafe
very positive
PROSStartsafe is used mostly by busy members of staff, so it was important to us as a hospice that the app was easy to use, only did what we wanted it to do, and inexpensive to run. This app did all three fantastically well. The ongoing support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was also extremely beneficial.
CONSi have not found any negatives so far, and am very pleased with the product.

Flexible tool , user friendly and easily scalable
Due to using Startsafe, reporting has been faster on the ground and in back-office. Saving team hours, that are normally spent on report creation.

Software solution for our inventory & interim property inspections
My overall experience of the software has been positive, I have worked with the team to adapt the report function to work within our business and any suggestions and bugs have always been ironed out. Communication has always been open and reactive.
PROSWe having been using this product to help us bring inspections back into our business and stop out sourcing them. This product has allowed us to effectively communicate with our landlords and show them how their asset is being looked after. We have been able to adapt the reports used to reflect our business and the feedback from our clients has been hugely positive.
CONSSome of the terminology used in the report is not quite what we would use within our business.

5 star software!
We will never return to our old processes, this software is a no brainer for saving time!
PROSCannot recommend this software enough to all letting agents carrying out property inspections. We now spend half the time needed to produce a report and all are kept uniform, no matter which member of staff carried out the visit!
CONSCannot fault this software, any concerns we may of had throughout the set up were addressed immediately by the team.
