CarNow is a retail management solution designed to help auto dealerships maintain a vehicle inventory and streamline communication with customers. Professionals can monitor clients’ buying preferences, interact with them through video calls and send brochures, dealer’s information, vehicle comparisons and service videos to leads.

CarNow allows customers to filter the inventory based on year, make, model, mileage or number of seats and utilize the search functionality to retrieve specific information from the database. Supervisors can perform vehicle valuations and determine prospects’ loan eligibility based on their credit scores. Additionally, managers can utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automatically collect clients’ information and schedule test drives.

CarNow facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Google Analytics, Facebook Messenger, LotLinx and more. Pricing is available on a one-time license basis and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Complicated digital retailing and chat tool

Overall we stopped using this tool after a year because of the complexity of the software when all we wanted was something simple to use to communicate with our high volume of customers quickly and with ease.

Pros:

Lots of data to process if you want to dig deep into the statistics.

Cons:

The software is rather complicated. Navigating CarNow on a daily basis was difficult for my staff so we went to a simpler tool that allows us to process lots communication with our prospects with ease.

We thought CarNow was a more modern tool.
