Cons: Unfortunately there are currently too many flaws. Credit card collection only worked some of the time and customers struggled to make payments. All to often the customer had opted out which leads me to believe this spreads across other platforms in which the customer may have opted out. In the credit card section, although we made attempts to change, they gave a payment for an "extended warranty" as industry experts know, this is a false term and one that shouldn't be used.
