Pros/Cons
Pros
- The product is continually improving and going in the right direction. Our marketer is great and provides good feedback and helps analyze reports on a regular basis.
- The simplicity of how it is laid out and the help dropdowns are very straightforward. Customer support has always been top notch and so responsive to all my requests and cries for help.
- Overall the experience has been great. Our website looks great and the managing tools are awesome.
Cons
- This is incredibly dangerous when they start selling to your neighboring competitors because now they have all your information and can easily provide it to your competitors.
- A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.
- Sometimes its a little difficult to create a new email piece for my customers. Other than that there is nothing else.
Pros
- The ease of use of this software to make a RO, estimate, and invoice is great. The appointment set up and website is also great and my customers love it.
- The ease of use is excellent and it is improving all the time. In the couple of occasions I have had technical problems they have been resolved right away.
- Great experience, hoping to soon integrate CAR FAX so i can start reporting to them. I truly love this product, has saved me a ton of time.
Cons
- Constantly lost work that was not completed, not every user could access.
- I dislike technology in general, it's nothing specific to this platform really.
- I thought it was hard to navigate and nobody really give you a tutorial or explanations on how to do it.
