Now I do have issues with some things here and there but I think that's more user error than it is software.

How easy it is to use and how user friendly it is.

The ease of use of this software to make a RO, estimate, and invoice is great. The appointment set up and website is also great and my customers love it.

Constantly lost work that was not completed, not every user could access.

Easy to access customer service and easy to use features make this a great experience.

I thought it was hard to navigate and nobody really give you a tutorial or explanations on how to do it.

Making your new customers trust in your ability, professionalism in even the smallest way makes a huge difference.

The integration with OBDII scanners and Intuit are great. The software allows streamlining of many aspects from quotes and invoicing to inspection reports.

The mobile platform allows for easy deployment and usability both in shop and in the field.

Loved being able to email customer repaur status , option to uplaod an image is nice, makes jobs simplier.

Great price and basic and easy to use. Keeps all my information and past jobs in one place and is very good help for keeping organzed over all a good program but could use some minor changes.

Overall a good addition for its price,  nice little app, but would give it more functionality to change and edit things.

I also like all the integration features as well as electronic invoicing and estimates that can be approved by customer through their phones. It is a great management program for the price.

This is a very intuitive and fluid process. We rolled ARI out on cell phones and it is working excellent.

The amount the amount of actual options that you have available to you in a single location is amazing.

ARI was easy to navigate and get to do what I needed to do. I like that its a mobile application and hosted which takes all hosting stress away from the business.

Issues with pc use(I have not tried new windows app yet), printer problems, occasional bugs and syncing problems across devices.

My overall experience was average. I believe if the ease of use is improved it would be an excellent product.

I was looking  for invoice program , now no more looking ,just  try more  fuctions  in ARI. Good luck  and try  first and say it.

I had trouble with the internet version. It would not close end of day without locking up.

Their support staff is excellent and responsive to all of my needs. A recently released cloud version includes small changes that overall make it better than the old version.

At the price it is the best value of any program out there. Customer support is second to none.

Emulating a DOS based program would bring stability, it makes odd errors like switching customers and dates.

The new vehicle selection menu is terrible compared to the old full screen version, it's bad enough we don't even use it when booking appointments any more.

It is the best program for the money out there. It is a low overhead software that can run fast on older machines.

I love that using Baymaster is easy - for example looking up a service history is at your fingertips. This is especially useful when a customer is on hold or at your service counter.

Using the cloud will be a disaster identity theft, theft of intellectual property and not being able to access the program when the internet crashes will be some of the problems.

The customer support in this program is awesome. The technicians are friendly, you get to talk right to a person, and they are very knowledgeable about the program.

Very easy to use well laid out not over burden with layers of crap.

When it crashes it seems your the only ones that can fix it there is no fix it self buttons.
